About

Performance-led marketing strategist who connects paid acquisition to sales capacity and conversions.

Over 2.5 years I have generated 600K+ leads, managed US$500K+ (BDT 60M+) in Meta ad spend across five accounts with 1.5B+ impressions, delivered a 7x to 20x ROAS range at a 7.6x average, and reduced cost per lead by 72%.

Promoted twice to Principal Officer and Team Leader of the digital marketing team, I build integrated monthly marketing plans that link revenue and conversion targets to budget, channel mix, content, creative, brand activations and lead distribution to sales. My planning focus has moved from lead volume to lead quality and conversion.

I work hands-on across Meta, Google, TikTok and LinkedIn Ads, GA4, GTM, SEO, AEO and CRM/ERP, and use AI agents, chatbots and automated reporting to run marketing operations faster than a manual team can.

One person who can own the whole funnel

Most marketers own a channel. I plan the month, buy the media, brief the creative, capture the lead, hand it to sales and keep the customer talking afterwards. Pick a stage to see what I do there.

Lead gen, sales or e‑commerce: the objective decides the build

The same media budget behaves differently depending on what you optimise for. I set up the campaign, the tracking and the KPI around the business model, not around the platform default.

Built for search that answers, not just ranks

Customers now ask ChatGPT, Gemini and Google's AI Overviews before they ever click an ad. I optimise brands to be the answer those engines give, and use AI inside the marketing operation to plan, produce and report faster.

What five Meta ad accounts at Mojaru taught me about cheap leads

Mojaru Education Technologies sells live courses through a sales floor that calls every lead. Since 2024 I have worked across its five Meta ad accounts, and later built its Google Ads. This is what that work taught me, told through the numbers it produced.

Source: Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, lifetime account data. Updated 30 October 2026.

    Chapter 1

Leads were easy to ask for and expensive to buy

When I took independent ownership of Mojaru's Meta funnel in 2025, cost per lead sat around US$0.90. The instinct across the industry is to fix that by pushing volume: more budget, broader audiences, more forms filled.

Volume was not the real problem. A lead only matters if a sales team can call it, qualify it and turn it into a sale. Cheap leads that land on an overloaded team are just expensive leads with a delay.

    Chapter 2

Split the spend by job, then test everything

I restructured buying across five Meta ad accounts, each with one job: domestic acquisition, awareness, course-specific funnels and a dedicated global account for Bangladeshi parents living abroad.

Every campaign became a test of audience, creative or placement. Funnels ran as numbered series, so each new campaign started from what the last one learned. Over 350 campaigns later, the system ran at an average of roughly US$21.8K a month.

Plan backwards from the conversion, not forwards from the budget

The monthly plan now starts with the revenue roadmap and works back: conversions needed, leads needed at each product's real conversion rate, then a CPL target per product for local and global audiences.

Lead flow is distributed product by product across the sales teams, matched to each team's capacity and conversion profile. Marketing stopped sending what it could buy and started sending what sales could close.

Cost per lead came down 72%, from US$0.90 to US$0.25, through systematic audience, creative and placement testing. Across June to August 2026 the engine delivered 174,858 of a 179,709 lead target, beating target in July and August.
